Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Owners Rights Collective. Because we care about sustainable production and unique drops, all of our products are custom-made to order.

1. The Production + Shipping Timeline

Because your items are printed or embroidered specifically for you when you place an order, our delivery timeline is broken down into two parts:

• Production Time (Fulfillment): It takes 2–5 business days to create, quality-check, and package your items. Over 90% of our orders are produced and handed to the shipping carrier within 3 business days.

• Shipping Time (Transit): Once your item leaves the fulfillment center, standard domestic shipping takes 3–5 business days to reach your doorstep.

Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your gear to arrive at your door roughly 5–9 business days after your order is successfully placed.

Note: During peak seasonal drops or holidays (November–December), production times may face carrier delays. We will always notify you via email if your order is facing an extended queue.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates (US)

We use flat-rate shipping options to keep things completely transparent at checkout.

3. Split Shipments

If you order multiple different types of items (for example, a heavy embroidered hoodie and a printed graphic t-shirt), they may arrive in separate packages. Because we route production to the facility closest to you with the right machinery, items from the same order are occasionally split up. You will receive a unique tracking link for every package that ships.

4. Tracking Your Order

The moment your custom gear is packed and labeled by our production team, an automated email containing your tracking number will hit your inbox. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier (USPS or UPS) to scan the package and update the tracking portal.

5. International Shipping

We ship to most major global destinations (including Canada, Europe, the UK, and Australia). International shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your exact address. International delivery typically takes 8–15 business days after production.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any international customs fees, duties, or local import taxes applied by your destination country.

6. Address Corrections

Because your order is sent directly to our automated printing queue, we only have a very small window to change shipping addresses. If you notice a typo in your address, email us at [your support email] within 2 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, we cannot reroute the package.
