Return & Exchange Policy

Welcome to the Owners Rights Collective. We want you to love your gear, but if something isn't right, we’re here to help get it sorted.

The Basics

  • 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return or exchange.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags attached.

Exchanges (Free)

If you need a different size or color, exchanges are completely free. We will cover the cost of the return shipping label and ship out your replacement item as soon as the original package is scanned on its way back to us.

Returns for a Refund

If you just want your money back, we offer two options:

  1. Store Credit (Free): Receive 100% of your item's value as a digital gift card to use on a future drop. We cover the return shipping.

  2. Refund to Original Payment Method: Get a refund back to your card or PayPal. A $7 return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the return label.

Final Sale Items

Any items purchased from our "Sale" section, clearance items, or items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at [your support email, e.g., support@ownersrightscollective.com] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right at zero cost to you.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Head to our online portal at [your website link / returns portal].

  2. Enter your order number and shipping zip code.

  3. Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange and print your prepaid shipping label.

  4. Package the items securely and drop the box off at any [USPS / UPS] location within 5 days of generating the label.

Please allow 5–7 business days for our team to process your return once it arrives at our warehouse. Refunds can take an additional 3–5 days to show up on your bank statement depending on your financial institution.
